I think the compact size is more a positive than a negative. It fits in spots that other tents would struggle to get into. If need be, the flysheet can be collapsed on one side to allow the tent to be pitched in a narrow area. This is a big plus for the Phoxx 1V2.

Final Thought

The dimensions won’t suit everyone – but if you’re used to smaller setups, then this tent will make perfect sense.

For me, the adequate length is a great standout feature. The rest is just keeping things simple and keeping a low-profile.
