I’d just like to say a massive thanks to Berghaus and give them and their in-house repair service a mention
I have two old Berghaus jackets that I’ve had for 10 years and they’ve been sitting in my wardrobe for a while because they both have broken main zips.
Berghaus has an inhouse repair service called Repairhaus and they repaired both zips for free. They also posted them back to me for free.

On the website, there’s a list of things they can repair and a list of things they can’t. I’ve posted a few images with my jackets and some more information.
It’s an awesome service and free, so please use it. It certainly saved me money and possibly saved the jackets from being thrown away and landfill.
