Stoborough Heath Nature Reserve Dorset

I didn’t intend to camp here when I set out but I had a change of plans and I needed somewhere close to Wareham so I could get the train back in the morning.
It’s not the greatest spot but I know this place quite well because I walk through here quite often. It’s some high ground that was dry and at the time, the low lying surrounding area was boggy and waterlogged.
Not the best spot but it was perfect for the night.

Getting there:
Wareham train station is about 3 mile / 4.8 km away. There are some free car parks around the area.
Heads up:
This area always seems quiet with just the usual dog walker and a few ramblers.
